Great expectations? iPhone 14 Pro storage likely to be only 128GB, new leak says

iPhone 14 Pro storage likely to be only 128GB– Apple will launch its iPhone 14 series in just a month. Nevertheless, there are many speculations about the expected upgrades, price, and specs, which is confusing many people. As was the case with the iPhone 13, the iPhone 14 Pro will start with 128GB of storage as its base model variant, according to a new leak.

Apple’s latest leak appears to have trashed a theory suggested by research firm TrendForce that iPhone 14 Pro models would have 256GB of storage as the base model, reported MacRumors. According to Jeff Pu, an analyst at Haitong International, the upcoming Pro models will also come with 128GB of storage.

Jeff Pu (via MacRumors) predicts that the iPhone 14 Pro will retain the same storage options as the iPhone 14: 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. His specifications chart for iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max now shows a 128GB variant, although he had earlier announced that iPhone 14 Pro models would have 256GB of storage.

The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini are currently available in storage variants of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB, whereas the iPhone 13 Pro comes in four storage variants – 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.

In addition to these rumors, there has been speculation that the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 14 Max will be powered by the same A15 Bionic processor as the iPhone 13 range (although with the upgraded chips from the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max). The A16 Bionic chipset will be used by the iPhone 14 Pro models.
