Apple may stick with this old plan for iPhone 14 Pro– According to Macrumors, Haitong International analyst Jeff Pu said the Apple iPhone 14 Pro may not have a higher storage option at first and only have a 128GB starting storage option.
This claims follows a TrendForce report that indicated the iPhone 14 Pro would have an increased 256GB of storage, a statement Pu had previously endorsed.
As previously stated in his note, 256GB would be the starting storage for iPhone 14 Pro models, but now he has added a 128GB tier for the iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Considering that its predecessor, the iPhone 13 Pro, offers storage capacities of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB, it appears that the iPhone 14 Pro will offer the same capacities.
According to our recent supply chain survey, we plan to build 91 million iPhone 14s in 2H22, compared with 84 million iPhone 13s in 2H21. Next, we’ll need to keep an eye on the price of the iPhone 14 and when it will be available. According to Pu, the Pro model now has 128GB of storage as well.
